The more muscle you build, the more calories your body burns — even at rest.

It keeps you strong, lean, and energized.

Here’s why you want to continue to focus on building muscle:

Try these 3 Things THIS Week:

  1. LIFT WEIGHTS (If you don’t already) minimum 3 times a week: full body ideally, or a split push/pull/legs with dumbbells or machines.
  2. Prioritize, prioritize, prioritize PROTEIN (I sound like a broken record, but it’s true!) — aim for 30–40g per meal.
  3. Walk daily!!! — at least 7,000–10,000 steps for recovery and fat burn – as well as your own SANITY, and take advantage of the warmer weather we are FINALLY getting. Get outside, get active, and GET MOVING.
