At 28, Mike Levine sustained a traumatic brain injury that forced him to re-evaluate his health, lifestyle, and career path. After 4 years of recovery and nearly a decade working in finance, he realized life was too short not to pursue his passion for fitness. Mike left the corporate world and began personal training at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Toronto, training executives, entrepreneurs, and high performers who demanded the same drive and discipline in their health as they did in their careers.
With over 8 years of coaching experience, Mike is the Founder and Head Coach of Mindful Method., an online coaching program that helps high performers optimize their health, regain energy, and perform at their best. His approach is simple, science-backed, and results-driven—often using advanced blood work testing to remove guesswork and create a customized nutrition and training game plan.
Mindful Method. was designed to address the shortcomings of the modern fitness industry. Skipping quick fixes, fad diets, and unsustainable gym routines, and instead empowering you to build confidence, strength, and resilience for life. Mike’s mission is to help 100,000 men and women worldwide transform their bodies and habits, enabling them to live with energy, confidence, and balance in every area of life.
Mike holds certifications in personal training, over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and has pursued several years in Jonathan Goodman’s Online Mentorship Program.
His work has already helped hundreds worldwide to create sustainable routines that improve strength, shed body fat, and rebuild their relationship with food and fitness.
Today, Coach Mike and his team continue to guide busy parents, executives, and high performers in becoming stronger, leaner, and more resilient; not just for the short term, but for life.
