Get Better Results with These 6 Cheat Codes

If you're tired of doing the same thing and never getting results these 6 cheat codes to better results will change your life. Get ready to watch your efforts have maximum output.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of men and women to improve their health, and I know that the struggles, challenges and roadblocks are almost always the same.

I’ve been working on the cheat code to break through these struggles for over a decade, and I want to share it with you. This is how you will move past staying stuck and into the best version of you.

These 6 cheat codes will help you transform your life as a busy parent, busy business owner, or executive and enable you to break free from what’s truly holding you back.

Let’s be real; who doesn’t want to be a great role model for their partner, kids, employees, and friends? I sure as hell do, and I’m willing to bet you do too!

The 6 Cheat Codes to Getting Unstuck and Better Results

So, let’s dig in and check these out. Pick one or two a week, do them until they feel manageable, and then add another one. This isn’t a race – this is about finding consistency.

1. Add workouts and food prep to your calendar weekly.

This may sound simple, but something I do on almost a weekly basis and, of course, NOT taught in school. If it’s NOT on the calendar, it’s not happening. I know you’re busy- we ALL are- so recognize that it’s equally important to prioritize your workouts and meals.

2. Something over nothing mentality.

It can feel like if you don’t get a full 45-minute sweat session in then what’s the point, right? I get it.  You can build off of smaller workouts to get the habit started, especially if you have kids, pets, or a work role that is constantly needing your attention. Start small 10 minutes a day vs. 1x intense every 3 weeks and build from there.

3. Eat what you like and cook for your entire household.

Who wants to make 2-4 separate meals every night? That’s not sustainable OR realistic. Start with a grocery shop, have a list of staples, and together, come up with a game plan with your partner/spouse and family to determine a menu plan that works for everyone the majority of the time, kids included! Need help with a meal plan? Respond “meal plan” to this email, and I’ll send it over.

4. Include the kids

Building off #3, you can include your kids in the meal planning, cooking, and even your workouts. (I love hearing this when clients share it.) Sure, it may be easier to do it yourself, but by including them, you’re shaping their young minds and habits to be healthy and a regulare part of their upbringing….More PROTEIN for baby Ari! He’s growing fast. 🙂

5. The household chores can wait

You don’t need to do laundry more than 2x per week, and if you can’t handle it, outsource it. Your time is likely better spent on other priorities. You don’t need to do all the cooking and all the cleaning all the time.  Learn to delegate some of the house chores or responsibilities like I do so you can work on your own goals and have freedom and flexibility.

6. Be patient with yourself

If you learn from any of these, lean into this one. You already have so much pressure to make sure your family is taken care of, sometimes your expectations can be too high, I know mine can be. I’m giving you permission to lower the bar and not approach this with an “all or nothing” mentality – it will never be PERFECT. Progress over perfection WINS every time.

If you’re tired of working so hard and not seeing the results you want, the solution is simple. Start here and watch your whole life transform.
