3 Exercises You Need to do DAILY

Let's be real, belly fat is not easy to get rid of. It's stubborn, it takes dedication, and it means lifestyle changes. HOWEVER, making small positive changes to your daily habits can help you conquer your weight loss goals at last. Sometimes all it takes is three simple exercises to help you feel better and make the bigger commitments easier.

These 3 simple exercises are NOT the silver bullet to help you lose those unwanted love handles or magically help you get that 6 pack, but…

There are 3 things you can do every single day that will no doubt…

  • Feel better about yourself.
  • Keep your kids, family, and those in your circle around you happy.
  • Prevent unwanted weight gain and improve weight loss.

So let’s dig in…

#1 – 30 minutes of physical activity DAILY – This is a no-brainer.

When you move, you feel GOOD. The problem is you’re not making time for it. It does not have to be a super-intense, long workout. It can be as simple as taking a walk around your neighbourhood, going for a bike ride, or doing a bodyweight workout from home.

#2 Put your phone away when you’re at home.

This is SIMPLE but not easy. Nothing good comes from you being on social media and dividing your attention between your family and the latest dance trend on Instagram. Be present with those in your household (pets included), even if it’s an hour at a time. Disconnect from the outside world (and work) too.

#3 Make the majority of your food 1 one-ingredient items.

This is something I talk about on REPEAT. Lean proteins, veggies, and fruits are going to provide so many health benefits when they are consistently in your diet. None of these have a label on the back that you would typically find with packaged food at the grocery store with tons of extra ingredients you don’t need to be eating.

Processed foods are not “bad,” but when you eat mostly (80-90%) whole foods, your kids/family members/friends and colleagues take notice, and they will likely eat healthier too. That means less time buying chips, ice cream, and chocolate bars, and more time focusing on the fruit and veggie section at the grocery store!

The 3 simple tips are the foundation I live my life on and the building blocks and important habits I constantly work on with clients.

It’s worked wonders and has helped many men and women like YOU make amazing progress without having to overhaul their lives completely or being super restrictive on foods they love.

What’s one you would add to my top 3 list?
